A Very Special Evening...
Friday May 4th at Club Underground in Minneapolis is going to be a very special evening.
Some of the best local talent this great city has to offer will all be on one stage for your sonic delight.
First up is Hangover Toy Company. If you haven't yet experienced this super talented group of people there is no time like May 4th.
Check them out here: www.myspace.com/hangovertoycompany
Next up is Farewell Pluto. Their MySpace page describes their sound as punk rock meets prog jazz at a Doors concert. To fully grasp this concept you need to witness it for yourself. Get a taste at www.myspace.com/farewellplutoband
Xerus gets on the mic next. It's already been a big year for us...we are currently in the midst of a national college radio campaign, we played SXSW and good things continue to roll our way. For our set this evening we will be ending it with a rendition of Janes Addictions classic "Three Days," featuring Brett from Farewell Pluto on guitar. Check us out at www.xeruslives.com
Closing out the evening is the amazing Autonomy. What can really be said about this band? If you have seen them, then no doubt you want to see them again. If you haven't, you don't know what you're missing and this is a great chance to get caught up.
All the info you need is here: www.autonomyrocks.com
That's about it. Hope you can make it. Were working hard on creating a musical climate that treats you with respect as well as lifting you away from your daily grind. Come have a drink, have some laughs and get your socks rocked off.
Thank you.
